Customers can cancel a booking for any astrological service or consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for any refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method used during the transaction.
If you experience any service quality issues, please notify us within 24 hours by emailing us at vedicinsight@yahoo.com or calling us at 09810029139. We will review your concerns, and if valid, a replacement service or a full/partial refund may be offered, processed within 5-7 working days.
Dissatisfaction with Predictions: Refunds will not be issued if the service is completed and the customer disagrees with or dislikes the astrological or numerological insights, as long as the service was delivered as agreed.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not qualify for refunds.
Pause or Hold: Customers can pause or place their subscription on hold by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. Changes will be made based on individual availability.
Unused Subscription Refunds: If a subscription is canceled mid-way, refunds will be provided for the unused portion based on a pro-rated rate (excluding any fees), effective from the third day of cancellation.
Missed Appointments: If you miss your scheduled consultation due to unavailability, no refunds will be provided. However, if a service provider fails to connect or the session does not occur due to service issues on our end, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Wrong Service Delivered: If you receive a service or report that was not what you ordered, we will correct the error by providing the appropriate service or issuing a full refund.
